Who is responsible for your information?
Summer Academy, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates summeracademyedu.com and handles enquiries received through this website. Contact enquiry@summeracademyedu.com with questions or requests about your information.
Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number including country code and the student’s age. You may also provide a preferred destination, programme, start date and what the student hopes to gain. Please do not include passports, payment information, medical records or other sensitive information.
Students and parents or guardians can enquire. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to complete the enquiry with you, using their name, email address and phone number. If you are enquiring for another person, please make sure you are authorised to provide their information. Please do not include a child’s full name or other identifying details in the optional message.
How we use it
With your agreement, we use the information to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable options and follow up on that request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. This website does not accept bookings or payments, and we do not make automated admission decisions through it.
Hosting, email and security
Enquiries are sent to our team by email. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Their infrastructure may be outside your country, including outside the UAE. Hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to operate and secure the website. The form also uses temporary security records to limit repeated submissions.
We use HTTPS and restrict access to enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not sell enquiry information. If your enquiry requires further sharing for a programme application, we will explain that separately before proceeding.
Cookies
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicate enquiries. It is not used for advertising. Our hosting provider may also collect technical traffic information to operate and measure its hosting service. External websites linked from this site operate under their own privacy notices.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting discussions, and where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can contact us to request deletion when the information is no longer needed. Temporary form rate-limit records are removed after approximately two days during subsequent form activity; hosting and email systems may retain their own operational records and backups.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction of its use, or withdraw your consent to further enquiry contact by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. We may need to verify your identity and consider any applicable legal requirements before completing a request.
